Amr Elfar

Amr Elfar, Ph.D., currently works at Workday in Corporate Strategy since May 2025, following a role as Senior Manager at Bain & Company from July 2019 to May 2025, where complex initiatives in the technology sector were led with expertise in growth strategy, product strategy, customer success, commercial due diligence, and change management. Amr served as a Schneider Dissertation Year Fellow at Northwestern University’s Transportation Center from March 2015 to June 2019, developing a data-driven framework for connected and automated vehicle impacts and creating a machine learning system for traffic congestion. Previous experience includes roles as a Control Engineer at Consolidated Contractors International Company, leading construction teams, and as a Civil Engineer at Jordan Water Company "Miyahuna."
