They have demonstrated expertise in program management, process optimization, and operational design, contributing to numerous high-impact projects, such as compliance remediation and organizational restructuring for major firms. Additionally, Amy has taught as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix and is the President/CEO of Thompson Strategic Consulting, providing strategic operational services to diverse clients.
