Previously, they held senior positions at Gen™, Symantec, and NortonLifeLock, managing large teams and significant budgets while achieving impressive commercial outcomes. Woolard began their career as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps and later led the development of the award-winning NIKEiD platform at Nike. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Portland State University and hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Willamette University.
