Andy Maxwell is an experienced technology executive specializing in HR technology and transformation. Currently serving as the CTO and Principal Managing Partner at Workday since October 2021, Andy has held various leadership roles, including HR CIO at WPP and consultant at Prudential Financial and KPMG. With a background that spans over 15 years, Andy has a strong focus on HRIS, workforce operations, and cloud strategies, demonstrated through previous roles at Towers Watson, Assura Group, Watson Wyatt, and Affiliated Computer Services. Andy holds a degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, earned between 1986 and 1990.
