Anoop Kohli

Anoop Kohli is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience at Workday since March 2014, currently serving as Director, overseeing the Metadata Platform and previously managing teams for mobile applications and payroll systems. With a strong background in engineering, Kohli has successfully led full-stack development teams, implemented performance and automation frameworks, and enhanced product functionalities resulting in substantial improvements in scalability and quality. Prior to Workday, Kohli held roles at Oracle and Capital One, contributing to the development of supply chain applications and financial modeling, respectively. Kohli holds a Master's of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
