Ashlee Shuler, MBA, CDE®, is a strategic HR tech leader and advocate for the future of work, with nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of people and technology. Ashlee's career includes roles at Workday, where they served as a Business System Analyst and later as Director, Belonging & Diversity Product Portfolio Strategy, managing initiatives that enhance collaboration and operational excellence. Ashlee also founded Black@Workday, an employee resource group aimed at empowering Black communities within the workforce. Currently, Ashlee is pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Effectiveness at Texas State University while holding a BBA in International Business from Angelo State University.
