Ashwin Deo

Ashwin Deo is a Senior Software Engineer at Workday, overseeing the VNDLY Source & Engage team and focusing on the Vendor Management SaaS platform for talent sourcing. Prior to this, Ashwin served as a Principal Software Engineer at ADP, where responsibilities included automating employee payroll record extraction and enhancing client onboarding. Ashwin began a career as a Research Assistant at Case Western Reserve University, playing a key role in a project that achieved a top 20 finish in the DARPA Urban Challenge. Ashwin holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a BE in Electronics Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
