Banji O. is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development management and engineering leadership. Currently a Software Development Manager at Workday since July 2024, Banji previously served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Infosys and held senior engineering roles at Puppet by Perforce and Puppet. Banji’s early career included significant tenure at Choicegen, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Software Engineering to various engineering management roles dealing with diverse clients including AT&T, AON, and Equifax. Banji has a solid track record of driving product innovation, implementing technical architectures, and enhancing client solutions, particularly in the FinTech space.
