Earlier experience at Oracle involved senior leadership in software development for diverse international projects. Bill's technical expertise was honed through architectural roles at Metavize and Sigaba, where significant contributions included the development of advanced email security systems. Bill also has a background in technology management from positions at Collabria and BEA/WebLogic, where leadership in consulting and service development was instrumental in regional growth.
