Currently, Bindiya serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Workday, specializing in strategic hiring for the Product & Technology organization in Chennai. Outside of their professional pursuits, Bindiya is a national-level athlete and a passionate competitive cyclist, holding the Tamil Nadu Champion title for three consecutive years.
