Carl Earl-Ocran is a British-Ghanaian writer and director currently serving as a Senior Video Producer at Workday. A member of the inaugural BAFTA Connect filmmaking network, Carl aims to create long-form narratives that highlight underrepresented voices and socially conscious themes. They run their own short-form film and video production company, LITTLE BOFFIN FILMS, and have extensive experience in broadcast entertainment TV. Carl's short film ARACHNID gained recognition on the international festival circuit, while their recent project, SLEEP AWAKE, has received funding for production in 2023.
