Chamara Mendis

Chamara Mendis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in presales solution consulting, currently serving as Senior Director of Presales for South Europe, South Africa, and Emerging Markets at Workday since April 2012. Mendis has held several leadership roles within Workday, including overseeing presales teams across Continental Europe and leading presales organizations for various financial solutions. A proven track record of driving high win rates and aligning cross-functional teams is evident in previous roles that involved substantial team management and strategy development. Prior to Workday, Mendis served in technical presales and engineering positions at Ellucian and Blackboard. Mendis holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Science in Computer Engineering from Montgomery College.
