Chris Ernst, Ph.D. serves as the SVP Talent and Chief Learning Officer at Workday, where responsibilities include leading an innovation agenda to enhance the experience and skills of employees. Previously, Chris held the position of Global Head of People & Organization Potential at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, focusing on innovative talent approaches for large-scale societal change. Chris earned a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University and a BA in Psychology from James Madison University.
