Clare Hickie

Clare Hickie is the CTO, EMEA at Workday. Clare has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Clare started their career at Penguin Books in 1989 as the Computer Operations & Help Desk Coordinator. Clare then moved to GE Capital in 1996 and held various roles over the next three years. In 1999, Clare became the Business Requirements Manager at GE. Clare then moved to GSK in 2003 and was responsible for IT HR, a global service delivering support, maintenance, enhancements and projects to HR and end users. Clare has been with Workday since 2018.

Clare Hickie reports to Jim Stratton, Chief Technology Officer. Clare Hickie works with Toby Phipps - CTO, APAC, Sol Bechtold - VP, Global Technology Services, and Matthew Grippo - VP, Cloud Platform.
