Corlissa Pardini is a seasoned professional in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), currently serving as a Senior HCM Consultant at Workday since May 2022. Prior to this role, Corlissa spent over five years at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, first as Manager of HR Information & Services and previously as Human Resource Information System Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams in HR operations, managing HRIS functions, and implementing full-cycle HR solutions.
