Danielle Digiorgio

Danielle DiGiorgio is a seasoned professional in functional consulting and software implementation, currently serving as Manager of Functional Consulting at Workday since October 2025. Prior to this role, Danielle led a team of implementation consultants at Paradox, managing end-to-end software implementation projects for mid-market and strategic clients, while also mentoring team members and enhancing implementation processes. Danielle's earlier experience includes significant roles at Fuse Workforce Management, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Payroll Services & Client Success Consultant to Implementation Manager, and positions at Xtreme Trips and Spring Weekend as Director of Operations and Director of Communications, respectively.
