Elizabeth Seem

Elizabeth "Lissa" Seem is a seasoned executive serving as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Workday since August 2023. Previously, Lissa held key leadership roles at Google from October 2018 to June 2023, including Director of Ads Strategy and Director of Business Operations and Strategy. Prior to Google, Lissa was a Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2012 to September 2018, where other positions included VP/COO of McKinsey OrgSolutions. Lissa's initial tenure at McKinsey spanned from 2004 to 2011, during which various roles were undertaken such as Associate Partner and Engagement Manager. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Director of Real Estate Finance at Edison Schools and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Lissa holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, a Master of Regional Planning in Community Economic Development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA in English and American Studies from Princeton University.
