Previously, they served as a Senior Accessibility Strategist at Simply Accessible, where they focused on integrating universal design into corporate cultures. At Adobe, Elle held the role of Accessibility Product Manager, leading efforts to enhance the accessibility program and foster a culture of inclusion. Currently, they are the Senior Product Accessibility Customer Manager at Workday, continuing their mission to remove barriers to knowledge and access.
