Emalee Bottini

Emalee Bottini has over 14 years of legal experience at Workday, currently serving as Vice President of GTM Legal Strategy, Partners & Programs and previously as Deputy General Counsel for various divisions. Bottini has a strong focus on commercial transactions, product support, and privacy initiatives, recently leading the global services and strategic alliances legal team to enhance Workday's partner programs and commercial strategies. Prior to Workday, Bottini worked as a Consultant Attorney specializing in transactions and intellectual property, and held legal roles at J.P. Morgan, where Bottini was the lead counsel for the JPMorgan Xign division, and at PeopleSoft, Inc., focusing on corporate governance and commercial negotiations. Bottini holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy University.
