Emily Santschi has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various industries. Starting as a Recruiter at PitchBook Data, Emily managed full-cycle recruitment for the Editorial, Research, and Marketing departments, achieving an average of 36 days from application to offer. After advancing to a Recruiter and Senior Recruiter at Smartsheet, with notable hiring statistics and acceptance rates, Emily continued to build a successful career at Workday as a Manager and later Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, supporting operations across North America. Emily also served as the Lead Technical Recruiter and later Head of Recruiting at Rebellion Defense, where responsibilities included developing fundamental recruiting practices and leading a team to scale the organization with diverse, technical talent.
