Erik Hansen

Erik Hansen serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Workday since June 2010, overseeing global sustainability initiatives including the development of strategies, ESG reporting, and renewable energy procurement. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Ernst & Young from May 2004 to June 2010, culminating in a Manager position within Advisory Services, and various internships at Bank of America focusing on account project management and risk management. Erik also held the office manager position at The Screenmobile from 1996 to 2000. Academically, Erik earned an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
