Erika Jackson is currently the Associate General Counsel at Workday, providing essential legal advice to the Products and Technology organization, particularly in the realm of Higher Education and Enterprise Performance Management software development. Prior to this role, Erika held multiple advisory positions in legal and compliance at companies such as Block Inc., Commonwealth McCann, and Quicken Loans. Erika has demonstrated a commitment to advocacy as the former National President and Secretary of If/When/How and is passionate about childhood literacy and mentoring minority students. Erika holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University College of Law, along with a Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP/E) designation.
