Esme Heaps is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment operations across the EMEA region. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Workday since May 2022, Esme emphasizes innovative approaches in talent acquisition to enhance competitive advantage. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Equinix, where responsibilities ranged from managing talent acquisition teams to driving recruitment strategies for various corporate functions and data centers across Northern Europe and the Nordics. Esme is also an RL100 member since January 2020 and previously held significant positions at NRL and Angela Mortimer. Esme holds a Master's degree in History of Art from The University of Edinburgh.
