Evan Lin is an AI product leader with over 16 years of experience in product management, including more than 7 years focused on building AI solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Product Manager for Workday AI, Evan is developing innovative AI agents. Previously, as the Global Head of Parexel AI Labs, they led a team responsible for creating core AI capabilities for clinical development. Evan also gained significant experience at Castlight Health in various product management roles, where they successfully launched products and improved scalability for a wide range of clients. Earlier in their career, Evan worked with IMS Consulting Group and played a key role in consulting at major biopharma companies. Currently, Evan is pursuing further education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
