Gaelle HILL

Gaelle Hill has over two decades of experience in various roles within HR and project management. They began their career as a Marketing Manager at Siemens, later becoming a Logistic Manager. After significant tenures at CGI and Capgemini, where they excelled in change management and SAP solutions, Gaelle took on the role of HRIS Senior Manager at HR Path, successfully delivering numerous Workday projects. Currently, they serve as a Senior Engagement Manager at Workday, continuing to support organizations through HR transformations. Gaelle also contributed to academia as a Teaching Fellow in Supply Chain & Lean Management at the Institut National Polytechnique in Toulouse. They hold an MBA from Coventry University and a Maîtrise en Science de Gestion from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises.
