Grant Kerwit

Grant Kerwit is the Head of Product for Workday Wellness HCM, where they lead the strategy and execution for the customer side of the wellness platform. With a blend of experience as both a startup founder and a product leader in a global enterprise, Grant has successfully launched new products and scaled go-to-market strategies while embedding AI and automation for enhanced efficiency. Previously, they served as Chief Operating Officer and Advisor at Novel, as well as in various product management roles at Workday and Aon Hewitt. Grant holds dual degrees in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Florida.
