Haritha Chava

Haritha Chava is the Director of Software Development Engineering at Workday, where they have held multiple roles since 2017, focusing largely on Payroll applications. Previously, they served as a Manager and a Tech Lead, overseeing application development teams and driving innovation in Payroll SaaS applications. Haritha began their academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from B.V. Raju Institute of Technology, followed by a Master's in Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
