Hette Mollema

Hette Mollema is an experienced leader in the technology and software industry, currently serving as Vice President for Benelux at Workday since November 2011. Mollema has held various leadership roles within Workday, including Managing Director for Austria and Director for Large Enterprise in Germany, and has played a crucial role in developing the Swiss and Austrian markets for Workday's solutions. Prior to Workday, Mollema founded Zibibbo, a consultancy focused on executive search and interim sales management, and held significant sales roles at companies such as Artificial Solutions, Vallstein, Hyperion Solutions, and PeopleSoft, where expertise in sales management and customer acquisition was established early in a career that began with an associate auditor position at EY. Mollema holds a BA in Economics from HES Amsterdam and has completed professional education at the Dutch Institute of Chartered Accountants.
