James Cramer currently serves as General Manager for Professional & Business Services Industries and Vice President of Product Management at Workday, a position held since September 2021 following the acquisition of Zimit, where Cramer was Founder and co-CEO from 2015 to September 2021. Prior to this, Cramer was EVP for North America at KPIT Technologies, overseeing the North American Oracle business unit from 2010 to 2013. Cramer also founded and co-managed CPG, specializing in Oracle technology for the Supply Chain and Manufacturing industries, which was acquired by KPIT in 2010. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role at KPMG from 1995 to 1997.
