Jay Harper is currently a Senior Principal in Business Evolution Strategy at Workday, having previously held roles including Senior Value Manager and Director of Industry Strategy & Planning for Healthcare and Financial Services. Jay earned an MBA from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management from 2015 to 2017 and also contributed as an MBA Summer Associate at Deloitte. Prior to Workday, Jay led various teams at Daxko and has extensive experience in consulting and professional services.
