Jerome Chua

Jerome Chua is the current Director of Corporate Finance at Workday. Prior to joining Workday, Jerome held various finance positions at Walmart, Ross Stores, and Walmart.com. Jerome has a proven track record of reducing store operations expenses and successfully managing annual long range plan and work-force management budgeting processes. In their role as Director of Ad Strategy and Operations at Walmart Media Group, Jerome was able to forecast store payroll plan volume drivers within +/-5% accuracy. Jerome's experience and expertise in finance make him an invaluable asset to Workday.

Jerome Chua has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ateneo Graduate School of Business in the field of finance and financial management services. Jerome also has a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering and management from De La Salle University.
