Jil Simon is a Senior Manager of Solution Consulting at Workday, where they lead a team focused on delivering solutions to clients in the financial services and public sectors. Previously, Jil served as the Director of Solution Consulting for EMEA at Skai, where they led the Industry Lead team and supported the growth of the region by addressing client needs. They also gained valuable experience at Google as a Senior Performance Specialist in gTech Ads and completed an MSc in Strategic Marketing with distinction at Imperial College London.
