Jono Bailey is a dynamic change and training leader with certifications in Prosci and Workday. Presently, Jono serves as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Liberum, LLC, and a Senior Change Manager at Workday. Jono previously worked as a Senior Learning Manager at MGM Resorts International, where they built trusting relationships and managed training programs while leading a team of specialists. Additionally, Jono was a Sr. Principal Consultant in Organizational Change and Training at Cognizant, where they developed and executed comprehensive project strategies. Jono is currently pursuing education at Northern Arizona University.
