Kari Naimon

Kari Naimon has extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and the integration of artificial intelligence in human resources. As the Chapter President at HRNZ and the current AI Chair at NHRA - Los Angeles, Naimon focuses on empowering HR teams with AI knowledge and tools. Previous roles include senior leadership positions at Amazon, Pelican Products, Inc., and Qualcomm, where initiatives were driven to enhance leadership capabilities and employee engagement. Naimon is also involved with various organizations, such as SHRM, the National Applied AI Consortium, and the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, contributing expertise in HR and AI. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a Bachelor’s in Psychology.
