Katherine McWilliams

Katherine McWilliams is a seasoned professional in solution consulting with extensive experience at Workday since May 2017, currently serving as the Director of Solution Consulting. In this role, Katherine leads the Solution Consulting practice for organizations with 0 to 6,500 employees, providing insights to optimize the use of Workday tailored to unique industry challenges. Prior positions include Solution Consulting Manager and Sales Strategy Lead for the launch of Workday Scheduling, demonstrating a strong background in customer relations and sales strategy.
