Kathlyn Castagnet is the Manager of the Proposal Team for EMEA, APAC, and Japan at Workday. With over 10 years of experience in international bid and sales management, project management, and marketing, they have developed a robust set of skills and a strong sense of responsibility. Kathlyn spent two years in Madrid as a Bid Coordinator and has held various roles in multinational companies, including Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Concur Technologies. They hold a Bachelor of Science in International Business and International Marketing from Université Paris IV - Panthéon Sorbonne and are fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
