Katie Rude

Katie Rude is an accomplished change manager and communicator with extensive experience in leading change management initiatives. They have held several key positions, including Manager of Change Management Services at Workday, where they currently manage a team of over eight consultants. Previously, Katie worked as a Senior Change Management Consultant and held various roles at organizations such as GovStrive, EY, Deloitte, and SRA International. They hold a Bachelor's degree in English and Music Performance from the University of Maryland College Park and a Master's degree in Communication Management from the University of Denver.
