Keith Pickens

Keith Pickens currently serves as the Global Managing Director for Retail, CPG, and Hospitality Industries at Workday, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Pickens was the Retail Domain Leader - General Manager at UST from March 2021 to January 2023 and worked as a Retail Industry Management Consultant at Executive Advisory Services from July 2017 to March 2021. Pickens has held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at both EXPRESS and Christopher & Banks, and has extensive experience in the retail sector as evidenced by prior roles at Claire's Accessories, TIBCO Software Inc., and KPMG. Educational background includes attendance at West Virginia University from 1977 to 1979.
