Currently serving as Principal Managing Partner at Workday since March 2025, Kent previously held prominent roles at AIA Australia as General Manager of Talent, Insights & HR Systems, and Global Head of HR Optimisation at Aesop. Kent's expertise includes leading global HRIS implementations, developing talent strategies, and driving digital HR transformation across various organizations. Educationally, Kent holds a Diploma in Project Management from NMIT, attained in 2011.
