Kyle Smith

Kyle Smith is currently the Principal Managing Partner at Workday, where they oversee relationships with the company's largest strategic accounts, including the largest customer in Workday history. Previously, they were a Senior Workday Project Manager at Mercer, leading implementations across various industries, and held roles at Workday as a Principal and Senior Customer Success Manager. Before their success in technology consulting, Kyle served as an Executive Pastor at Missio Dei Communities and a Supply Chain Project Manager at Target. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Master of Arts in Biblical Leadership from Phoenix Seminary.
