Lakshmi Menon is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Workday since October 2025, Lakshmi previously held the position of Head of India Recruitment at McKinsey & Company from January 2023 to September 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President at BlackRock, where Lakshmi managed recruitment across APAC while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Lakshmi's expertise also encompasses senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank and HCL Technologies, focusing on high-volume hiring, stakeholder management, and strategic manpower planning.
