Lance Pardue

Lance Pardue is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and solution architecture. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Demonstration Platform & Provisioning and Product Area Leader for Reward to Retain at Workday, Lance has also held the position of Manager of Pre-Sales Solution Architecture - Technology. Prior to Workday, Lance served as a Software Development Manager at Pandesic and worked in Application Development at PeopleSoft Inc. Lance holds a degree in Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
