Laurence Langstone is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in corporate sales development and business growth. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Sales Development at Workday, Laurence leads the CB ME & Canada Team, managing a diverse team across multiple locations and previously founded the Market Response Team, where key initiatives included creating standard operating procedures and a leadership playbook. Prior to Workday, Laurence was Head of Business Development for North America at Peakon, contributing significantly to a $700M acquisition and achieving substantial growth in annual recurring revenue. Additional roles included SDR Manager and top-performing SDR in the UK & Ireland, highlighting a strong track record in building and leading successful sales teams. Laurence co-founded The SDR Leader to address the challenges faced by SDR leaders in meeting quotas and providing essential coaching and training. Laurence holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Newcastle University.
