Leigh Austin

Leigh Austin is a seasoned ERP professional with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS implementations and upgrades, ERP training, and curriculum development. They served as a Principal Consultant at Oracle | Peoplesoft from 2001 to 2007 and later founded JP Consulting, where they worked as a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant until 2011. Currently, Leigh holds the position of VP, Education Product Expertise at Workday, where they lead a global team in delivering training for customers and partners. They also completed a degree in Hons BES, Major in Human Geography, with a Minor in Human Resources at the University of Waterloo.
