Leo Chen

Leo Chen is a seasoned cybersecurity compliance professional with extensive experience in technology risk and compliance roles. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Workday since June 2013, Leo has held various leadership positions, including Director and Senior Manager of Technology Risk & Compliance, where responsibilities encompassed managing compliance programs and guiding teams. Prior to Workday, Leo managed corporate information security at E*TRADE Financial, focusing on risk assessments, policy establishment, and vendor security. Leo's career began at Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate, where evaluations of IT controls were conducted for major corporations. Leo co-founded Dormdeals.com and has also gained experience through internships at Wells Fargo Bank and Advantech. Educationally, Leo holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from USC Marshall School of Business.
