Ling Chien-Sha

Ling Chien-Sha is a seasoned product owner at Workday, with a rich background in engineering and product development spanning over 17 years. Prior to Workday, Ling served as the Engineering Director of Analytics at eMeter Corporation, a Siemens Business, where responsibilities included setting product vision, strategy planning, project execution via Agile methodology, and leading teams in analytics product development, notably transitioning from Netezza implementation to Hadoop-based applications. Earlier roles included Senior Software Engineering Manager, contributing to the architecture of EnergyIP and interfacing with utility customers for requirement gathering and system design.
