Lisa J. Ellis is the Principal Information Architect at Workday, focusing on creating a human-centered structure to enhance user experience and integrate AI meaningfully. Previously, they served as an Information Architect and Business Analyst at Wells Fargo, where they led taxonomy workshops and improved content management systems. Lisa also worked as a Knowledge Manager at Wachovia Bank, providing support and training to helpdesk users. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and are currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree at Central Piedmont Community College.
