Maddy Rodrigues

Maddy Rodrigues is currently the Regional Sales Director at Workday, where they support a national team of specialized sales Account Executives following the acquisition of Evisort. With a strong passion for developing salespeople, Maddy has previously held roles as Head of Sales at Coassemble and Enterprise Sales Manager at Bonusly, where they significantly exceeded sales targets and built comprehensive training programs. Maddy is also the founder of Coat-A-Kid, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provided over 45,000 coats to children in need over 17 years. An accomplished college athlete, Maddy studied Sociology and Education at Bryn Mawr College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of Cape Town.
