Makayla Herbert

Makayla Herbert is a Test Manager at Workday, where they lead testing cycles for implementations, ensure system functionality, and optimize customer outcomes. They previously held roles at Workday as an Associate Test Manager and Project Manager Intern, contributing to various testing and project management initiatives. Makayla graduated from the University of Oregon in June 2021 with degrees in Finance and Spanish and a certificate in Global Business. They have also been actively involved in leadership roles within the UO Women In Business and the Dean's Council for Inter-Club Coordination at the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business. Additionally, Makayla gained finance experience as a Finance Intern through Cisco’s STARS Program.
