Margie Duffek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer care and support management. At Workday since January 2012, Margie has held several key positions, including Principal Managing Partner and Principal Customer Success Manager, overseeing Customer Care and Global Support Enablement. Margie significantly expanded the Customer Care organization from three to 50 team members and initiated global support teams in New Zealand and Dublin, Ireland.
